• Fertilization only with organic enrichment and control of the diseases of the olive trees ex-clusively with biological methods
• Strictly controlled production conditions (in compliance with E.U. Regulation 834 / 2007-889 / 2008)

• Product of Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), approval No.1107/96 E.C. due to the traditional cultivation of olives in the region for centuries, inextricably linked to the SANCTUARY of ASCLEPIUS at EPIDAURUS (80,000 acres, with 1,050,000 olive trees and an annual production of 3,000 tons)
• Product of consistent quality with excellent taste and aroma and all the rich ingredients of the olive fruit
• From the famous «Manaki» olive variety, in ideal soil and climatic conditions with sandargilic soil with a large amount of total calcium
• With the method of cold extraction (Cold Pressed) and storage in stainless steel tanks
• Strictly controlled production and quality conditions
• Strict compliance with the specifications for the production of the PDO product and ac-cording to the regulation 2081/92 of the E.C.
